Each asset class requires asset-specific Cachette preparation reflecting the applicable governing law and the characteristics of the underlying asset. The framework does not provide generic treatment — preparation is tailored to jurisdictional and asset-specific requirements.

Institutional Valuation Methodology

OneRWA has developed a proprietary valuation methodology designed for institutional-grade asset assessment. The model produces conservative, auditable token issuance price created to meet counterparty evaluation standards, structured finance participation, and regulatory review.

Methodology Overview: The valuation approach applies sequential risk-adjusted discounting from gross asset value through extraction viability, development timeline risk, institutional liquidity factors, jurisdictional risk, and commodity-specific market liquidity. Each factor is independently sourced and auditable. The model produces Conservative, Base Case, and Aggressive scenario outputs with full factor transparency.

Legal Title Premium (LTP): The final adjustment applies the Legal Smart Title Premium — a model created for incremental value of blockchain-verified, legally perfected title over conventional ownership SPV structures. The LTP is decomposed into five independently documented components:

  • Title Perfection — UCC/MLETR compliance and chain-of-title verification
  • Custody Verification — Tier-1 custodian integration and independent verification protocols
  • Regulatory Clarity — Jurisdictional status, exemption filings, and compliance infrastructure
  • Transferability — Settlement efficiency and secondary market access
  • Transparency & Reporting — On-chain audit trail and real-time reserve verification

Each component requires supporting documentation to justify the increment claimed. The sum of the five components produces the total LTP.

Development Status: The valuation methodology is in active development. LTP estimates are presented as modeled projections rather than proven market observations. Independent validation by qualified advisors is required before application to specific assets. The model has been independently stress-tested across all factors and calibrated against industry-standard reserve classification systems.
