OneRWA Real World Asset Tokenization emblem

Institutional infrastructure for real-world assets

Technology

01

Technology Architecture

The OneRWA technical infrastructure operates as a subordinate execution layer to the legal framework, organized into three functional tiers. Technology serves legal and custodial requirements — not the reverse.

02

Tier 1: Cachette Legal Foundation

Ensures every asset is legally prepared with perfected chain-of-title and commercial law grounding before any tokenization occurs. All assets are structured under UCC Articles 7 and 9 and UNCITRAL MLETR.

03

Tier 3: OneRWA Master Aggregator

04

Security First

Multi-signature controls, institutional-grade key management

05

Full Auditability

Immutable records, forensic audit support, anti-corruption controls

06

Institutional Integration

APIs, settlement systems, custody platform connectivity

07

Custody Independence

Independent validation, conflict-free architecture

Compliance Architecture

The ERC-7518 token standard supports partitioned digital instruments, transfer controls, locking, freezing, recovery, payouts, and dynamic compliance checks at the asset layer. The OneRWA multi-chain operating layer carries equivalent policy and lifecycle controls across supported deployment environments.

02

DID-Based Permissioning

Decentralized Identifiers verify wallet owners to ensure transfers occur only between eligible, KYC-validated counterparties at transaction time. All transactions are permissioned before execution.

03

Automated Compliance Enforcement

Chainlink ACE delivers programmable, self-executing compliance with KYC/AML enforcement, permissioned transfer restrictions, and jurisdictional controls embedded at the token level.

04

Legal Hold Capabilities

On-chain asset freezing in response to court orders or regulatory mandates, executed through the governance protocol without requiring private key access. Ensures compliance with legal mandates while maintaining the security of the asset owner's environment.

05

Anti-Over-Issuance Protocol

Protocol-level issuance caps tied to AIN-verified quantities. Chainlink Proof of Reserves provides daily on-chain verification of asset backing. The OneRWA Master Aggregator independently verifies 1:1 backing through daily reconciliation with custodial records. This supply discipline is the primary control for maintaining market integrity at institutional scale.

The framework is designed for alignment with UCC Articles 7 and 9, UNCITRAL MLETR, CISG, MiCA, MiFID II, and DORA. The infrastructure positions within the banking perimeter (fiduciary custody) rather than the securities perimeter (broker-dealer activity), enabling institutional evaluation using existing risk committee processes.

No Regulatory Claims: The OneRWA framework makes no claims regarding regulatory approval, classification, or treatment in any jurisdiction. Participants must conduct independent legal analysis appropriate to their constitutional, statutory, and regulatory frameworks.
